Dumont recently posted on a note on the group's web site, explaining, "We're writing and recording music to be collaborated on with Gwen at a later date, after she's had plenty of time to settle into being a new mom."

PANIC! EXPLAINS THE DIFFERENCE
Panic! At The Disco's current single is called "The Only Difference Between Martyrdom And Suicide Is Press Coverage." Drummer Spencer Smith told LAUNCH that the song's rather cynical title came from the band's rather cynical view of people who attacked Panic! At The Disco for their relatively quick success. "That was one of the first songs we wrote for the record, so it was at this time where we knew that when our CD came out, people were gonna look at who we got signed by, what label we're on, how fast everything had happened for us, and instantly before they'd even hear any music, kind of write us off as 'Well, this is just a band that's just hyped up and that's all it is.' So it's kind of taking a stab at those people." The title of the song comes from a line in Survivor, a novel by Fight Club author Chuck Palahniuk.
