I have been following the fiasco in Zimbabwe for some time now and this morning I read some interesting quotes and news articles concerning the huge pile of festering feces over there. It seems that as much as the Western politicians call for the ousting of Robert "The Toad" Mugabe, he stands defiantly in power with no intentions of relinquishing power. He has been in control, in what was known as Rhodesia before 1980, since the indigenous people of Africa rose up with arms against the white devils that colonized their land and took control of their country. Where he succeeded in rallying the native people to reclaim what the white colonists took many years ago, he failed in his actions by giving the farms and land to his family and friends instead of the poor farmers who know how to work the farms. By choosing to misappropriate national resources, he has lead the people he governs into famine and economic ruin, while at the same time amassing a huge fortune for himself. He and his followers have destroyed their national well-being. As good as the intentions of all the outside politicians are, Mugabe has told them to butt out and mind their own business. At this point, I must agree with him. We should mind our own business here more than that of any other countries across the globe today, lest we end up as Zimbabwe has. As long as we are butting out of their business, we should cut off the billions of dollars in aid which we give other countries also. I don't much care if the movers and shakers of the business world lose influence in these third world countries. That is not my concern. I would much rather see our politicians reappropriate those billions of aid dollars to fixing the social security deficiencies they have inflicted on their citizens' retirement savings which they helped to create. I would much rather see them apply those funds to prosecuting every elected official who has even the slightest glint of impropriety on their records. I would much rather see the establishment of a political advertising fund to be available equally for any candidate seeking federal office, so that we can take private monies and lobbists' influence out of our national politics. There must be a dozen ways in which those billions of dollars can be re-invested for the good of the average American citizen instead of protecting the business interests of the elite in the corporate world. Much in the same fashion as we, as a country, are wrong to be influencing the outcome of Iraq's and Afganistan's national agendas and political arrangements, we, as a country, have no business trying to influence the happenings in Zimbabwe today, or any other sovreign nation for that matter. Let the people of these nations determine their own destiny. When they are tired of being oppressed, they WILL rise up with arms against their oppressors. The opposition party will be tired of having it's supporters hunted down by thugs and beaten or murdered. They will get tired of living in squalor as a select few continue to milk the country of resources, money and valuables. When they finally do get tired of being the victims, they will take the power back and bring deserved punishment to those who have earned it. I just hope and pray that the new order will be smart enough to avoid the pitfalls that have stricken the current regime when they cast off their yoke of financial slavery. They need change and they deserve change; but they should use caution so that they do not end up as we have, a people dependant upon and in the control of "big business" People of Africa and South America, Indo-Asia and Central America; please resist the urge to do business and make deals with the white devils from this and other countries. All of the mega-corporations from America and Europe are evil. They have no concept of having enough of anything or exercising self-control in any manner. The greed that drives all of these world corporations will turn your entire country into a massive slave compound. They will milk your land of its resources and man-power by paying off the cheapest of the scumbags in your countries to further their influence and insure that they get what they want, and if money can't do it; they have other means at their disposal. They have no concern for your democracy or individual rights. They just want more, more, more; and I suggest that the world give them more........more high velocity lead injections to the back of their corrupt craniums. This is west Texas, where we have enough barren coutryside to hide all of the bastards in shallow graves. "What does the billboard say? Come and play! Come and play! Forget about the movement." I still ain't buying what you selling, suckas!!
