I work in a medical office. And as someone who has to deal with patients I would like to offer this advice.

PLEASE SHOWER AND WEAR DEODORANT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just had a really awful smell experience.

A patient was sitting across the desk from me and it was all I could do not to gag or worse from the smell. I mean it was noxious. And the patient was 3 feet away from me.

While the patient was sitting at my desk the Doctor who provides their care came by.

After the patient left I moved away as quickly as I could from the space and one of the other ladies I work with quickly began to spray lysol.

At this point the patient's Dr came by and was snickering. He said "you're lucky, you have a desk between you, I just have a stethascope"

So, please practice a little basic personal hygiene!!!!!!!!!

And the next time you see your Doctor or Nurse, thinka bout what they have to deal with at times and be thankful.
