The Texas Department of Transportation in Andrews reports that all roads in ANDREWS COUNTY are snow covered, with slush/ice underneath the snowpack. TxDOT crews are blading snow. Driving conditions at this hour are extremely hazardous. Travel only as necessary. Traffic is moving at 15-20 miles per hour.
